Jaclyn Kula was born and raised in Toronto and grew up going to Raptors games, thus understanding the culture and importance of a WNBA team in Toronto. On top of her involvement with the Tempo Without Borders project, she also hosts the Keep It Kula Podcast.

Salomé Bernier was born and raised in France, moving to Toronto earlier this year. Her love for basketball and women’s sports is one of the reasons why she made the move, knowing the Tempo were coming to town.

Anita Budimir, though born in Kitchener, Ont., was raised by Serbian and Croatian parents, is fluent in both languages and understands the basketball fanbases both countries hold.
